Grampian Growers is a farmer owned co-operative specialising in seed potato and daffodil (bulb and flower) production and supply.
Grampian Growers introduced a new salad potato variety – Gemson – to the market. They approached Scene & Herd seeking help in creating, establishing and promoting a brand and logo for Gemson. Our objective was to differentiate Gemson from competitor varieties and illustrate the benefits of growing Gemson to ware (ie eating) potato growers with the aim of helping Grampian Growers to sell more Gemson seed.
Scene & Herd created and designed a brand which Grampian have implemented across all Gemson packaging and promotional materials.
We then produced a short film telling the Gemson story, from development of the variety at the world-renowned James Hutton Institute to high health seed production in Angus to salad potatoes on the shelves of Welsh supermarkets.
