July 2021 News

A short post this month!  Like so many of our clients, members of the Scene & Herd team are juggling family responsibilities alongside our business and farming commitments.  Please be assured that if we are on a call and your children need you, or someone comes to the door, we'll be happy to wait or rearrange.  We know that school holidays can be a struggle so let’s all support each other.

Business Awards

We've previously mentioned the importance of entering awards and shown below are a few which are closing soon: The entry fee for the Natural & Organic Product awards 2021 is £200 + VAT per product. Every entry will be featured within the September issue of Natural Products News, the industry’s leading trade magazine, with an image, 100 words and contact details. The deadline for entries is Friday 23 July.

The Better Society Awards reward commercial companies who are helping create a better, more equal, ethical and sustainable world for all.  Nominations close on 6 August. The SME National Business Awards close for nominations on Wednesday 25 August. Businesses with less than 250 employees can enter up to 3 (of 18) awards categories and 1 public vote category.

Entries are now with the assessors for the AgriScot Arable, Beef, Dairy and Sheep farm of the year awards, however, there is still time to enter the Diversified Farm of the Year category.  Please email info@agriscot.co.uk for info in the first instance.
