Our client OR-ganic won Artisan Product of the Year in the Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards 2023 for their premium cold-pressed organic rapeseed oil - the UK's first commercially available fully organic certified oil.

The Scottish Rural & Islands Parliament is taking place in Fort William from November 1st to 3rd, 2023, both in-person and online.  To secure your spot, click here.

Scene & Herd were delighted to help with the marketing of a substantial mixed woodland recently brought to the market in North Staffordshire. Near Cannock Chase, Maer Hills was described as being of a type rarely offered to the private market in the English Midlands. The Scottish Government is seeking views on proposals to introduce new licensing of activities involving animals when carried on in the course of a business. Views are sought on proposals to licence greyhound racing in Scotland, and replace existing legislation covering animal boarding (including daycare) and riding establishments, replacing it with updated licensing requirements.  Read the consultation paper


The storms of the 2023/24 season have been named.   While we can be fairly sure some of us will encounter storms Agnes and Babet, and perhaps even Gerrit, let's hope that we don't also have to endure Vincent and Walid!
